TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND OTHER GENERAL INFORMATION

General Information :

Company will acknowledge computer generated invoice copy only.
For any purchase above 2 lakhs on a single day or related to same product on multiple days a copy of pan card of customer is mandatory.
As per Govt rule above 2 lakh product cash will be accept only 199000and rest will by CC Or CHEQUE on a single day or related to same product on multiple days a copy of customer pan card is mandatory.
Aadhar card is mandatory for all card transactions above 50k.
For cash back of jewellery above 20k cheque will be released in customer name according to the invoice copy and invoice copy is mandatory for exchange or cash back.

Exchange & Buy Back policy:

If customer wants to replace new product customer can replace within 7 days of time from the date of billing Please carry the invoice copy along with the product for exchange and after QC product will be replaced.
Please carry the invoice copy along with the product for buy back..The valuation will be done according to the prevailing gold rate. If product value is above 20k company will release a cheque according to the invoice copy name.
For Gold Jewellery exchange will be 100% and cash back will be 90% according to the purity of gold and prevailing gold rate.
For Diamond Jewellery exchange will be 100% and cash back will be 90% according to the diamond QC.
For Precious Stone Jewellery exchange will be 80% and cash back will be 60% according to the stone quality.
For outside Pure gold or Gold Ornaments or Diamond Jewellery we don’t give any cash.

Order Product:

For Plain Gold Jewellery & Diamond Jewellery orders and customer needs to pay 50% of the Product value and to book the Gold Rate customer needs to pay 75% of the product value. Once the product is ready for delivery invoice copy will be raised according to the Advance payment.
Customer can pay the Advance amount for orders by Cash, Cheque, Credit Card or Debit Card and for swiping of card Aadhar card is mandatory.

Service & Repair:

Customer can get the product for minor repairs and polish ( If stones are missing then it will charge to customer according to the market rate )service can be done for free of cost if a product is purchased by us.
